Designed a visual journey map tracing a traveler's full path through the airport experience, from landing through immigration to gate departure, as part of a TSA project. Built as an illustrated cross-section, the piece pairs a literal physical environment (terminal, checkpoints, gate) with an overlaid timeline structure, giving stakeholders a single, spatially intuitive view of every touchpoint in the journey, including points that intersect with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
